Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer shipping within Morocco and internationally. Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination:

  • Domestic (within Morocco): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your rug's journey.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be within 30 days of your purchase.

Non-refundable Items
Customized or personalized rugs, or rugs that have been used or damaged, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [your contact email]. We will guide you through the process. Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping, and once we receive the returned item, we will send out your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective rug, please contact us immediately. We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement, at no additional cost.
